Frequently asked questions
Where are your sweaters made?
All of our sweaters are proudly farmed, milled, and made in the U.S., with a strong focus on regional sourcing using wool from family-run ranches and farms.
What is the fit like?
Our styles are generally relaxed and oversized.
Some Graze styles are offered in “one size” to minimize waste and support small-batch production, using versatile proportions designed to fit a range of bodies.
We recommend checking individual product pages for specific fit notes and measurements.
Why wool?
Wool is an amazing natural fiber. It offers temperature regulation, is breathable, and naturally odor resistant. And when it reaches the end of its life, it breaks down and returns to the soil - no microplastics, no centuries-long footprint.
What kind of wool do you use?
At Graze, we seek to celebrate the beauty and diversity of American wool. Our collection features premium, natural fibers sourced from wool-producing regions across the U.S. each with its own unique character and grazing traditions. We work with a range of breeds, including regenerative Merino from the West, Rambouillet and Cormo from Wyoming, Corriedale from New York, and Alpaca.
How should I care for my sweater?
Wool is naturally odor-resistant and doesn’t need frequent washing. We recommend airing out your sweater between wears and spot cleaning when needed. For a full clean, hand wash with cold water and mild detergent and lay flat to dry.
When will my order ship?
We aim to process orders within 2 weeks. Note: we are a small team crafting in small batches and many of our products are made to order to reduce waste.
As soon as your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details via email. We appreciate your patience - it’s worth the wait.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items within 5 days of delivery. Email support@shopgraze.com to start a return.
Do you offer international sales and shipping?
We currently sell and ship in the U.S. We plan to expand in the future- stay tuned.
What goes into the price of Graze knitwear?
Every Graze piece is made entirely in the United States—from the wool itself to the finished garment. Our pricing reflects the true cost of working with responsibly managed farms, domestic mills, and skilled knitters, while producing in small batches rather than at mass scale.
What is "RWS"?
RWS stands for Responsible Wool Standard and is a global certification ensuring wool comes from farms with high standards of animal welfare and land stewardship.
What is "farm to finish"?
It means our wool knitwear comes from sheep raised in the U.S., that the wool is milled and dyed in the U.S., and that each finished piece is knit in the U.S. Every step—from fiber to finished garment—takes place within a fully domestic supply chain.
